Design Policies

Rhinestone Pricing
Pricing for front only rhinestone designs average about $25. Rhinestone pricing is based on the number of rhinestones in the design. The final price of your shirt can also vary depending upon your apparel choice.

Design Set-up Fees
Custom designs (any design that is not listed on my website) will incur a design set up fee of varying costs depending on size and complexity. The design set-up fee covers the time it takes to create the rhinestone design and the material used to make the template for your design. The design fee is due up front before any design is started. It is separate from the cost of the shirt itself.

Mockups
Once a custom design has been purchased, I am happy to provide you with a mockup of the design at your request. You are able to make up to three change requests. Mockups can be very time consuming, therefore after the third change request, there will be a fee of $5 per change request.

Quantity Discounts
If you order 10 or more shirts of the same design, you will receive a discount on the cost of each shirt. Unless there is a sale on my website, no other discounts will be given.

Apparel Info

Style
Apparel options listed on the website include regular/unisex and ladies/women’s cut tees and tanks. Ladies/women's cut offers a more tailored fit. They are designed to flatter adult women’s curves with a slightly lower neckline and shorter sleeves than a standard unisex tee. These are not junior or form‑fitting shirts—just a great, comfortable fit with a more feminine shape. The women’s cut can be selected under the “Style” option for an additional $3.

Want something truly unique? We offer customization options and additional apparel styles such as hoodies, sweatshirts, fashion tees, performance wear, jackets, aprons, and tote bags. These are considered custom orders, so please contact us directly before ordering to explore your options. Orders placed through the website will be completed exactly as submitted.

Sizing
To ensure the best fit, we recommend reviewing sizing details before placing your order. Our preferred brand is Gildan. Gildan products are machine washable and have little to no shrinkage. (See care instructions). Measurements for that brand are available on the Apparel Info page to help you choose confidently. Since each shirt is made just for you, orders placed in the wrong size cannot be refunded. If you’d prefer a specific shirt brand, feel free to ask—we're happy to check availability and will invoice any price difference separately.

Colors
Basic color shirts are available in most sizes (see available colors). While not every color and size combination may be available, don’t worry—we’ll reach out right away if your selection isn’t available so you can choose the perfect alternative.

Yelise Designs uses quality rhinestones that are meant to withstand multiple wears/uses, and still look great! To keep your items looking their best, please follow these simple guidelines.

Payment Policies

PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Within PayPal, you can use a debit card, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. I do not accept personal checks. In certain instances, I may accept a money order or cashier’s check. But I require full payment before any work is started.

Taxes
All NC orders are charged NC sales tax.

Refunds and Exchanges
Each shirt is custom‑made to your specifications and is not eligible for returns. If you have any questions at all, We're always happy to help—just reach out before placing your order! If Yelise Designs makes a mistake on your item, it will be replaced with the same item that was ordered. In order to have your item replaced, you must contact me with a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery receipt.

Shipping Policies

All items are packaged to withstand shipping. The shipping price includes shipping, handling and packaging. My preferred shipping method is through USPS Ground Advantage Mail. You can choose other methods during checkout. USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail automatically come with $50 insurance, which will insure your package against loss or damage. Orders are shipped to the address provided by you, the customer. PayPal policies dictate that the package must be shipped to the address on the PayPal account. So please check your PayPal account information before paying for your order. You can also add signature confirmation for your packages for an additional fee.

Turn-Around Time
Once payment is made, the order is completed and shipped out within 7-10 days. As for custom orders, the timeframe begins when the paid artwork has been completed and approved. Large group orders may take additional time, but if that is the case, you will be informed of that ahead of time. In extreme situations, standard turnaround time is subject to change depending on workload.

Expedited Orders
Orders may be expedited if you need something before my current turnaround time. Expedited orders may be denied due to current workload. Expedited orders require priority shipping and will incur an expedited fee as listed below.

Orders to an APO Address will incur additional postage. I am not accepting International orders at this time.
